The Goethe Research Academy for Early Career Researchers (GRADE) is the central platform for all Early Career Researchers at Goethe University. Within a comprehensive qualification program GRADE offers group-specific support to researchers from the R1-R3 phase, including workshops, individual coaching, networking events, measures for career development, financial support, and language courses.
